The new VSCO Cam got released recently after the company built some hype by giving early access to renowned Instagramers.
The revised app is clean and slick and the user interface, or UI, is simply a pleasure to navigate. VSCO has also added complete control to their in-app camera with the addition of on-screen focus and exposure areas paired with a white balance lock.
VSCO has also introduced Grid which is slowly being rolled out to all interested users. It’s more a gallery of your photos than a social network. Other people can browse your grid, but there is no liking or commenting. Just your photos in a beautifully laid out gallery.
VSCO Cam is free in The App Store, but will set you back $0.99 for every filter pack or $5.99 for all 16.
